May 16, 2018: Senegalaise des Eaux (SDE), a potable water producer and distributer and a subsidiary of Eranove, an Emerging Capital Partners portfolio company, won the Water Utility of the Year Award at the 18th Annual African Utility Week Industry Awards. The event, held from 15-17 May in Cape Town, South Africa, recognizes companies, projects, and individuals in the utilities industry on the African continent. SDE was recognized for its work in increasing access to clean drinking water and for its continued development of the urban water system in Senegal.
