Rudolph Bella

Rudolph Bella is a Director at Emerging Capital Partners (ECP). Mr. Bella focuses on deal sourcing, investment appraisal, transaction execution and portfolio monitoring.

Mr. Bella began his career in 1999 at KPMG Paris office, where he became Manager. He served in the financial sector department, assisting international clients such as GE Capital, HSBC, Deutsche Bank or Propaco, and worked on a variety of assignments in Europe and Africa in audit as well as in the context of divestments, mergers and acquisitions. Prior to joining ECP in 2014, Mr Bella held several positions as Chief Financial Officer of pan-African companies in the Telecom and in the Industrial Retail sectors where was involved in equity and debt financing, change management and turnarounds.

Mr. Bella holds an MBA from INSEAD, and a MiM from SKEMA Business School. Mr. Bella was seconded to Eranove (Pan African) as Corporate Finance Director, and has served on the boards of Ciprel (Cote d’Ivoire), Takafa (Pan African), and IAM (Senegal).
